China Gold Towers is located in the World Expo Park area (where headquarters of central state-owned enterprises cluster) in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The original site was the Australia Pavilion of the World Expo, about 1km away from the China Art Museum. It is adjacent to North Changqing Road and the World Expo Cultural Park in the west, Bocheng Road and the Expo Shanghai Group Building in the north, Comac Headquarter in the East, Bohang Road and Sinochem Tower in the south. Shanghai Rail Transit Metro Line 13 has exit 1 of Expo Avenue station in B2F, block A of the building.
The building covers an area of 8,665.6m2, with a floor space of about 67,361.2m2 (including 43,330m2 above ground and 24,031.2m2 underground). It has a plot ratio of 5, a green space of 1,386m2, a greening rate of 16%, and a street plaza area of 1,600m2. It is a comprehensive commercial building that provides commerce, office, catering, culture and entertainment as well as intelligent functions.
