(Shanghai) [hereinafter referred to as China Gold Trading (Shanghai)], whose predecessor was China National Gold Group Trading Co., Ltd., was incorporated in 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Gold Group Co., Ltd. and mainly responsible for the foreign marketing and trading business on behalf of China National Gold Group Co., Ltd.

China Gold Trading (Shanghai) is headquartered in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (SHFTZ). Its business scope covers the sales of precious metals (gold, silver), copper and their relevant products, the import of bulk raw materials, the procurement and supply of mining equipment and materials, modern logistics services, etc. The company is responsible for serving China Gold's affiliated enterprises while seeking to expand the overseas market, endeavoring to deliver systematic solutions for the whole industrial chain of the group. As the trading company of the group, the company procures smelting raw materials for precious metals and nonferrous metals from sources across the globe, and is also engaged in the export of complete sets of mining equipment and EPC (design, procurement and construction) general contracting business.
China Gold Trading (Shanghai) has established a perfect supply and marketing system, and its marketing network is distributed all over the country. It has maintained good cooperative relations with manufacturers of mining equipment and other dedicated equipment at home and abroad, actively exported complete sets of mining equipment, and engaged in EPC (design, procurement and construction) project general contracting.
