China National Jinyu Gold Materials and Equipment Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Gold Group Co., Ltd, founded in the year of 1992. In 2013, it joined the China Gold Trading Sector, one of the seven business sectors of the group company. The company is headquartered in Locke Times Center, No. 103 Huizhongbei Li, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The company's main business is centralized procurement of equipment, materials, engineering, tendering service, sales of sodium cyanide, arsenic, arsenic trioxide and import and export of equipment, spare parts, and materials, and the import of floatation gold concentrates, modern logistics services and non-gold metals Trade, steel trade, wear-resistant material production, refined oil sales, etc. The company has one wholly-owned subsidiary—Beijing Jinyu Gold Material Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. (Huairou district); two holding subsidiaries—Beijing Jinyu Liye Iron and Steel Trading Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Jinyu Fengxing Mining Wear-resistant Materials Co., Ltd. Company; one joint stock company - PetroChina Gold Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. The company has established a complete supply and marketing system with a marketing network all over the country. It not only provides services to companies affiliated to China National Gold Group, but also supply to other companies in the gold mining industry. The company has established good cooperative relations with major foreign suppliers, and also has close trade relations with clients in the Middle East, North America and Southeast Asia. The company entrusts its wholly-owned subsidiary "Beijing Jinyu Gold Material Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd." to operate logistics business. The logistics base on the northwest part of Huairou District, Beijing, occupies an area of 180 acres. There are currently more than 10,000 square meters of closed warehouses in the reservoir area, more than 30,000 square meters of freight yards, and three special railway lines running through the reservoir area.
